At this workshop our Real Estate Agents, notary and mortgage advisors will tell you all there is to know about the buying process, legal, financial, tax and practical matters of buying a residential home in the Netherlands.

What to expect during our workshop:

17.00 Opening doors
17.15 Start workshop
17.15-17.30  information from our Real Estate Agent, they will explain how the house hunting and buying process works in the Netherlands
17.30-17.45  information from the mortgage advisor, he will outline the rules for taking out a mortgage for your residential home in the Netherlands.
17.45–18.00  information from the notary, they are specialized on the diverse property market, they will explain all the legal aspects of buying a property in the Netherlands
18.00 Speed dating with our Estate Agent, the Notary or the Mortage adviser (all of them is  also possible)
19.00 End of Workshop

What is useful to know?

• The workshop and speed dating are free of charge but no show is NOT appreciated.
• You can take your partner, colleague or friend with you. Please, fill in the number of persons that are coming with you
